9" Magenta – Heart foil balloons are perfect for adding accents to your centerpieces, gift baskets, tablescapes, marquees, and balloon decor. This Qualatex balloon is designed to be inflated with air only using a hand pump and sealed using a heat sealer. Balloon does not float and ships un-inflated.
Balloon can be used with or without Cup and Sticks.
Cups and Sticks not included.
IMPORTANT:
