This mini 9" Cactus Hugs air-filled balloon is great for any love or Valentine’s Day themed centerpiece or gift basket or can be used as an add-on accessory piece to balloon decor. Balloon must be inflated with air only using a hand pump and sealed using a heat sealer. Balloon does not float and ships un-inflated. Cup and Stick not included.
Balloon can be used with or without Cup and Sticks.
IMPORTANT:
